SPECIAL ORDER ITEM RETURNS POLICY
This product is not a regular stock item in our store and will be ordered in for you at the time of your purchase. Please choose carefully. This item is not able to be refunded due to change of mind, or if the size is not suitable. We recommend taking appropriate measurements before placing your order to avoid any sizing mishaps. Any piece that needs to be returned to us due to inappropriate sizing or change of mind will not be refunded. Instead, an exchange or credit note (with no expiry date) will be issued, and a restocking fee of 20% will be deducted from the value of the credit. Any item returned to us must be in the condition it was supplied in. Any items presenting as damaged upon their return will not be accepted.
We hope you love everything you purchase from us, but we understand there are certain circumstances where you may want to return a product. Changed your mind? Please let us know within a day of receiving your parcel so that we can coordinate a return, and organise an exchange or store credit. Please note: Return postage is not covered on change of mind returns.

We do everything we can to get your packages out the door as soon as possible. Our team works hard to ensure the majority of our orders are packed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Should anything delay your order leaving us, a member of our team will be in touch.
Shipping Calculation
FREE SHIPPING is available for most orders* over $200 going to select Metro areas. The cost of shipping is calculated based on the cubic weight of your item and their destination. As soon as your package has been collected from us you will receive tracking information that allows you to follow its progress. *Free shipping does not apply to sale items and bulky pieces including furniture and some rugs. Selected other items may not be eligible for free shipping. In this case it will be noted in the product description.
Courier Delivery
We use a number of courier networks to ensure your parcel gets to you as soon as possible. There can sometimes be delays on these networks due to couriers staff shortages. To ensure your parcel arrives on time we do recommend allowing plenty of time to account for possible delays, especially during busy periods such as Christmas and Mother's Day.
