Your rug will be available approximately one to two weeks from your date of purchase.
Our suppliers do everything they can to ensure they have all of their products in stock however if your rug does happen to be out of stock at the time of your order we will be in touch as soon as possible to discuss the available options.

We strongly recommend carefully measuring your home to ensure that your new floor rug will not only fit into its intended new home, but can be manoeuvred easily into position taking into account the size of doorways, stairways, elevators etc.

Clean all liquid spillages immediately.

This gives you the chance to see a rug (or two!) in your space to make sure its the perfect fit.
The sample is fully refundable if you decide not to go ahead with your rug purchase.
Samples purchased in store should be returned to us next day. If you are purchasing online, please let us know you’ll be returning the rug as soon as possible. Return shipping costs for samples purchased online are the responsibility of the customer.
