How to use Annie Sloan Chalk Paint
Give the paint a good stir before you start.
For the best results, we recommend using a good quality paintbrush like the Annie Sloan Pure Bristle brushes to apply the paint.
Once the paint is dry you can create a distressed finish by giving the piece a light sand. The Annie Sloan Sanding Pads are perfect for this.
After painting we recommend sealing your piece with Chalk Paint Clear Wax.
You then have the option of adding extra details such as a tinted wax or gilding wax, if you choose.
How much paint do I need?
As a rough guide, one tin of Chalk Paint covers approximately 13 square metres, or the equivalent of a small dresser.
