Changed your mind?
Please let us know within a day of receiving your parcel so that we can coordinate a return, and organise an exchange or store credit. Please note: Return postage is not covered on change of mind returns.
Faults or other queries
If you believe you have received a product with a fault, or it has been wrongly described, we're here to help. Please contact us by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org with your order or receipt number, and a member of our team will get in touch with you directly. Where possible, please include a photograph of the item to help us resolve this for you as quickly as possible.

We do everything we can to get your packages out the door as soon as possible. Our team works hard to ensure the majority of our orders are packed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Should anything delay your order leaving us, a member of our team will be in touch.
There are currently delays across postal and courier networks nation-wide due to disruptions resulting from lockdowns around the country. Please allow a little extra time for your parcel to arrive. We use a number of courier networks to ensure your parcel gets to you as soon as possible.
FREE SHIPPING is available for most orders* over $150 going to QLD, NSW and VIC.
The cost of shipping is calculated based on the weight and size of your items, and their destination.
As soon as your package has been collected from us you will receive tracking information that allows you to follow its progress.
*Free shipping does not apply to bulky items including furniture, and some rugs.
