To ensure you receive your delivery as soon as possible, most of our rug orders are shipped directly from our supplier.
You can expect your rug to arrive approximately seven to ten days from your date of purchase.

We are unable to provide an allocated delivery day and time. Please let us know if there is a secure location where your rug can be left if you are not home at time of delivery. Alternatively, you may chose to pick it up from our store.

SHIPPING CALCULATION

We are happy to offer free delivery on our rugs within Sydney metro areas.
Please note that this free service does require someone to be home to receive the rug, or have a suitable spot for it to be left unattended (please leave us a note when you place your order).
If this isn’t convenient, we can arrange for your rug to be available for collection from our store, or we can discuss alternative delivery methods.
This may require a delivery fee. 
Delivery outside Sydney metro areas will require a special quote.
