To ensure you receive your rug as soon as possible, most of our rug orders are shipped directly from our supplier.
You can expect your rug to arrive approximately seven to ten days from your date of purchase. COURIER DELAYS
There are currently delays across postal and courier networks nation-wide due to disruptions resulting from lockdowns around the country.
Please allow a little extra time for your parcel to arrive.
We use a number of courier networks to ensure your parcel gets to you as soon as possible.
In most cases, our rugs are delivered with Hunter Express
As soon as your rug has shipped, you will receive a tracking number which you can use to track the progress of your order on the Hunter Express website

We are happy to offer free delivery on our rugs within metropolitan areas.
Please note that this free service does require someone to be home to receive the rug, or have a suitable spot for it to be left unattended (please leave us a note when you place your order).
If this isn’t convenient, we can arrange for your rug to be available for collection from one of our stores, or we can discuss alternative delivery methods.
This may require a delivery fee.
Delivery outside metropolitan areas, or to Tasmania, Northern Territory, and Western Australia will require a special quote.
